This is our 47th cruise..the third or fourth time on the Celebrity Ecplise. Absolutely the worst room Stewart we ever had...our cabin was never cleaned until 1pm or later..every time we wanted to use the veranda he was washing it down. One night he even left that day's schedule as tomorrow's agenda. We received no mail..& we're not even invited to the cruise critic party. I had to call guest services for an invite to the Captains party & even one night to get a room service menu. The restaurant menus seem to be cut down on courses & the food not s good as before, nor the service. Our waiter had our table of 6 & another where 2 or 4 would show up & we were always one of the last out of the dining room. The casino was fun & well manned with pleasant dealers & the drinks were prepared very potent..there were many with the drink package & many many seniors & many going on back to back trips because of the cruise beginning on 02/19.
