There was absolutely nothing lacking!

The woman at Ardastra told us we were expected to attend/participate in the bird feeding and the flamingo show rather than just wander through at our own pace.  We did.  Lots of standing around waiting for these things to begin.  
The best part of the excursion was our bus driver to and from.

It was also great that those who wanted to continue kayaking could, and those who just wanted to snorkel could.

It was great to have a day, relaxing on the beach, going in and out of the ocean to snorkel at leisure.  We signed up for the underwater garden snorkeling, but when we got there (on the island) were told a hurricane had washed away all the "garden".  We had the option of getting our money back, but we were there and we still snorkeled.  It wasn't a big deal, but we may have chosen something else had we been notified prior.

Unlike "all-inclusive" resorts, where there is a limit of what adult beverages are included, this package covered everything from beer to wine to scotch to margueritas to mojitos to mudslides . . .This included lunch and drinks (free if you had the beverage package).
