Wanted to try one of the mega ships . Stayed at the Doubletree hotel near the airport the first night. Great hotel with lots of restaurants and stores in area. This is a HUGE ship, although we were not disappointed at all with the crowds. Although there were 6250 vacationers plus the crew, it was only crowded on the first day. After that it was very easy to get around on this huge ship. Lots of things to do on ship. All the food was good in the windjammer and all of the "included" dinning areas.. We did not do any specialty dining, didn't see the need to pay any extra. We saw the "Cats" musical in the Opel theater. This is a professional broadway musical. Very great show, although it is a little long.

Easy on and off at ports. Labadee stop is great. If you go through the locals shopping area be prepared to be swamped by the sellers trying to sell you anything. You can get great deals . Remember , they are there to bargain with you, if they say a dollar amount, offer them half .

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D8

Great cabin. Very quiet . Located at mid ship. Easy to get to anything on board.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Great beaches. Food is provided by cruise line. Shop for souvenirs, but be sure to bargain with sellers.

Cozumel

Rented a scooter against all the warning not to. Be very careful if you do. I am a pretty experienced mc rider and I did just fine. Rode into town for great local breakfast and margaritas for breakfast. Shopped around and the rode south the some no crowds shore line. Beautiful.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

booked shuttle to Doubletree hotel. Great hotel for the day before the cruise
