Cabin: Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

We picked this ship for the size, port of call, and embarkation location. We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Port Canaveral and used their shuttle service to get to and from the ship. It is the best way to go and the shuttle service was easy and seamless. The hotel served hot cookies upon arrival, breakfast, and had a pool, Jacuzzi and the rooms were quiet. We would stay here again and shuttle to ship.

This is our second time on the Oasis class and we have that the newer ships like the Oasis Class and Harmony Class ships have updated things we used to have to take with us. They have a night light in the bathrooms and extra plugs including under the bed, in the cabins. These were great for my CPAP machine and charging our phones/radios. These were big improvements for us. Thank you!!

We have a few suggestions for Royal Caribbean concerning our experience:

Port Reviews

San Juan

Felt very safe, our phones worked here and we were able to see the Fort de San Cristobal. Due to customs, we were only there from 2 until 8 but most everything closes at 5 or 6.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Saw the Space X launch prior to getting on the ship the next day.

Labadee

Wanted to do the zip line but decided to wait until the whole family could come along

St. Maarten

Forced to pay the water taxi to even get on the island, this has always been the case but it is also disappointing.
