In September 2016, we did this very same cruise and enjoyed it greatly and thought we would try it again because we wanted to enjoy some warm weather at the end of winter. Having booked this , we asked for the very same cabin we had before because of it's location to the elevators and position on the ship. This time around, the room never did get cool, the food was sub-par and the service was not acceptable. The ship itself is outdated with 70's styling and in need of updating. The activities were lacking and it seemed that the energy in the ship was just not there. The island stop at Half Moon Cay was the highlight of the cruise because it is breathtaking and should not be missed. Our favorite employee on this cruise would've been Nyoman the bartender in the Drama Bar down by the casino. He was a delight and very personable. Need more employees with his energy. Very disappointing as a whole.
