We love this ship !! You couldn't ask for better customer service. They looked after us so well and we couldn't thank them enough. Latoya in customer service on the ship was amazing. John Grantham our cruise director is absolutely fabulous. The evening shows were amazing, although we didn't love the juggler. The comedians were the best !! The food was great, although I did notice a bit of a down-turn. It was better a few years ago. The ship has cut back definitely. No more free sushi. There is a sushi restaurant, which is usually empty. Marc from the UK which did our trivia was hilarious. I have to admit, the sense of humor of the wait staff is amazing. Jonathan and Kris, our wait staff every night were amazing !!! Ziev who was working the Oceanview Café was hilarious and entertained us as we ate our lunch. All in all, we love this ship. There is nothing really to complain about. It would be nice if the El Bachio café didn't close at 11 pm. It should stay open later. They got rid of the midnight buffet; too much food. LOL We booked another cruise for next year already...just love Celebrity !!
Cabin Review

We had a problem with our cabin but they rectified it. While trying to sleep, there was a banging outside on the ship. Sounded like a door pounded every few seconds. They knew what it was but couldn't fix it so they moved us. They upgraded us to a veranda, however, it was on the port side and that's were the smokers were. They should get rid of these smoking areas ENTIRELY !! No one should be allowed to smoke on a ship. I got sick from the smoke, just walking near it gave me problems with my sinuses.
