We choose this cruise based on its destination ports and the weather in February. We wanted a break from the Winter snows which as it turned out, never occurred back home! Practically a last minute decision, we got a great deal on a cabin with a balcony.
Since we are loyal Princess Cruise members, learning the ship was easy. The dining is always excellent as are the services of the waiters, bartenders and greeters. We especially were delighted with the Concerto Room which was a bonus for us. There are great breakfasts to be had there!
Tea Time is a must!
The room is so spacious! Plenty of space on the desk for laptop, cell phone recharge, work space. Bring a power cord! The balcony is quite large with a grand view of the ocean. Need larger deck chairs/loungers. The ones we had are child-sized. Comfortable sofa and pillows for relaxing. The bathroom is very big and having a tub is a nice feature.
took 45 minutes standing in line, then a very long walk to get to the busses, another 15 minutes standing to get into a bus. Our bus guide did not seem to be knowledgeable about the history, population and data other than the power plant. And no fault of Princess, but a tour past the landfill and rambled shacks? Either eliminate this one or fix it fast.
The transport to/fro the airport was very smooth.
