In order to get to see Antarctica and visit The Falklands you have to accept that there will be lots of sea days which we generally try and avoid. It was certainly worth it. We had a poor experience for a number of reasons on a Panama Canal cruise on Infinity nearly two years ago and were nervous about this trip which had been booked before the Panama Canal trip. However, the ship and its staff are much improved and were a pleasure to deal with. We were mightily relieved.

Infinity is in good condition for a ship of its age. The cabin (8177) was perfect with a steward, Ben, who was equally perfect. A lovely man who couldn't have done more for us.

We always have Select dining. We enjoy a variety of dinner companions and were blessed with some lovely evenings. We have never had cause to be critical of the quality of the food on Celebrity ships. This was no exception. We didn't use specialist restaurants or the buffet in the evening. Visits to the buffet at other times of the day were entirely positive.
