This is a good cruise for first timers. It has much to offer without becoming overwhelming. The food presents well with a variety of choices, tastes fresh, is not geriatric in texture. The on board customer service staff don't always know what they are doing and do not rely on each other to resolve issues. There is not team work among the office personal. When an issue arises, they do not seek help from their peers creating a longer lasting issue.

The entertainment was a mix of singing and dancing, comedy, adult humor and a variety show. The costumes and music choices were colorful and engaging. The performances were lovely even though they it ware a bit outdated at times.

The room service staff were on it! The food delivered was hot and ready to eat when it arrived.
