This was our 1st time on a Royal Caribbean ship. We chose it because we had never been 2 the "ABC" islands(Aruba,Bonaire,Curacao)&really wanted 2 visit those. We were concerned about such a large ship, but we actually enjoyed it&loved the wonderful crew! All the employees were very friendly&really seemed 2 like their jobs. We might try RC again. (Was not happy about not being able 2 bring our 12pk sodas w/us----$$on ship too high!) Entertainment was very good, loved the ice show! The piano guy was wonderful! All the musicians & dancers were fabulous! Biggest complaint (besides soda issue) was that there is not much choice of "eats" offered on port days when u return from xcursions about 3-5pm totally starving after hiking, swimming,&don't go 2 dinner til 8:00pm! This has never been a problem on other cruise lines that offer hamburger grills, taco bars, even salad bars to tide us over til dinner @ 8:00+pm. The Cafe was only offering small(mostly bread)sandwiches& small, thin pieces of pizzas w/ looonnng lines as people returned from shore&we didn't want 2 stand in line & wait.......

One of our best cruises

Cabin Review

Cabin 3244
This was the smallest room we have ever had, but since it was just 2 of us&we don't spend much time in the room--it was ok. Refrigerator never really got cold, even after a maintenance man "worked" on it&AC was turned totally down, but barely stayed comfortable even @ nite. This too was worked on by maintenance, but couldn't tell any difference. Our shower flooded the bathroom twice&we had 2 get maintenance back that 2nd time&that was finally resolved.
Since we really were not in cabin much, we just let it be. We just didn't know if that refridge & the AC were just normally that way&didn't want 2 call maintenance again. That aside, we had a great trip&loved all the staff & guests that we met&loved the ports very much!
