The itinerary was fabulous, even thought we didn't get to do what we scheduled in Grand Cayman because of high seas. Food was good and the team was fabulous in the dining room. That was the positives. I am a Gold member, so I have been on a few cruises. On every cruise there is less quality in many areas, especially the entertainment and activities. That is evident when you see no one following any entertainer, many had empty areas when playing. There was always sitting room in the Atrium, which before was never possible with fabulous entertainment. There was poor scheduling movies during early dining, when you don't want to miss the beginning or stay up for a later movie. Comedy Club times often conflicted with the big shows in the theaters. The theater shows were so poor, many left!

The shore excursions were ran with little information. The debarkation was a MESS! Too many people exiting once luggage cleared, instead of a few areas at a time. Then people were arriving at the same time other were leaving. What has happened to the cruise business? I know the fabulous entertainers, that I still follow, are on the new ships.

Our cabin was okay and service was great. I could attach balcony pictures of the rust and chunks of paint gone and dirty areas. I have NEVER written a poor review. It isn't due to the service people, but all the cuts and specialty restaurants have ruined the fun. I am not planning a cruise until things change.

The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The balcony was very poor! I brought someone who has not cruised and she insisted on a balcony. I was embarrassed!
