HOTEL:  We flew Jet blue to FLL, had a 3 hour delay out of JFK, and stayed near the airport at the Ramada inn, they had their own shuttle from the airport and a phone in the baggage claim.    It was a nice, clean, simple hotel, they had a great breakfast and the price was very reasonable.    We stayed one night and used SAS TRANSPORTATION, 954-600-0240, for $15 each they picked us up at the hotel and drove us right to the port.    It was a nice clean, air conditioned (which I appreciated SO much) van.   We gave the driver a nice tip as he was very informative about the SKY.SHIP:  The Sky, wow she was a nice ship.   She was smaller which was great for a three day trip, it was easy to learn our way around, and as always, the fish on the rugs swam forward, so we knew our way to the front.   The pools were great and on Deck 12 FORWARD their is a hot tub that most people don't know about, it is not near a pool.   STATEROOM:   It was an inside and I was surprised by how roomy it felt, we usually book balconies but were really saving money on this one.   Plenty of storage, small shower but LOTS of hot water, great shampoo and bath gel.   NO problems of any kind, the spa was one floor about the room, so no noise.  DINING:   We did not go to any of the specialties on this trip, usually we go to Cagney's, we enjoyed all our meals, we ate breakfast and lunch, in the buffet the food was very hot, and they have some of the best breads I have ever eaten.   Dinner was in the Palace, we like the smaller rest. as it is quieter.   On the first night we met a lovely woman, Michelle from the Philapines she was the best waitress, we loved her, she took great care of us and after the first night remembered things we liked.   On the last morning we ate breakfast in the Crossings, really wished we has eaten more breakfasts there, the food was great and it was another chance to say good bye to Michelle.SERVICE:   I must take my hat off to Flippo Bertuzzi, the Hotel Director, to be honest being only a 3 day cruise I wasn't sure the service would be up to par with NCL stantards.    I am happy to say it was, the service was excellent, my smiles were greated with smiles, our stateroom was taken care of excellent and they always said hello in the halls.  Everyone we met did a great job.ACTIVITIES:   Shows were fantastic, the Soul Rockin Nights was an amazing show, the SKY production crew was excellent, it was the last show for many of them, they were going home or on to new ships, but they did not let the energy level fall.   They were all great, high energy and talent.   David Merry, was the Comedy and Magic performer, he was really funny and did some great tricks, even if you aren't a fan of Magic (like me) he still has something for everyone.     Went to the Newlywed/Not so Newlywe game show, the cruise director PAUL BAYA is SO funny, I am glad we were not on stage,  some of the questions would have made me blush.   It was great fun.    We are went to win, lose and draw and trivia, had to miss towel folding.    The HIGHLIGHT of my evening was to go to the Captain Cooks Bar, and spend my evenings listening to Leo from the Philipines.    He was great and really connected with his audience, talking with them, finding our where they were from and also deticating songs to them.    He was really good and had a steady following by the end.   I also attended the QUEST game.   OK what happens at the Quest stays at the Quest, thank goodness.  It was GREAT fun, again Paul lead the way.DISEMBARKMENT:   Even easier than usual, we just walked our luggage off after we ate breakfast, called SAS for our ride after customs and within a few minutes we were off to the airport for an uneventful flight home.   Sad to see the cruise end as we had a ball.

Cabin Review

Cabin ins

0303 was a great location, come off the forward elevator turn right, and a few doors down, there it was, nice size, great storage, lots of hot water, NOT noisy, spa and gym, one floor up.
