Hi, I actually was very disappointed on my cruise trip. The ship was nothing I had imagine, it was a small and old cruise. I guess it's my fault for not doing the research but this is not what I had in mind. The service was great though, it was the only thing great of my trip: my hostess and our waiters. I was also very disappointed that everything I wanted to schedule for the trip was already sold out from cabanas to the bibiddi boutique, this is a trip I had reserved 13 months prior and was not aware I had to do this kind of reservations until I received my booklet 2 weeks before departing, and of course everything was sold out. I couldn't enjoy the privacy I wanted in Castaway, I couldn't go to the Atlantis Waterpark or swim with the dolphins as my daughter wanted and couldn't find an appointment in the disney boutique to be dress and hairstyle like a princess for my younger daughter. Not happy about any of these either. I also called on the phone my travel agent to try to have my dinner table together with my sister and they were not able to assist me or guide me how to do that, we had to ask all around the ship to see if this could be done until finally someone was able to help us at Lumiere's. We wasted a lot of time trying to find out how things had to be requested or done in the ship.

I will not cruise in this ship again, not a good experience. It was overcrowded and space was limited for shows, entertainment, and pool area. I was forced to watch two shows from my stateroom because there was no more sitting on the theater. I had to stand by the rail on the pool area because there weren't any chairs left. I couldn't enjoy the spa services because my daughters were unhappy in the kids club, bored to death. The only time I was able to leave them to work out was the first day and they called me 4 times in 90mins complaining they were bored, they wanted to be picked up, one was crying, and they said there was nothing fun about the club, of course they didn't stay there ever again... so, it wasn't at all what I had expected.
