We mainly chose the cruise based on the itinerary. We have sailed other cruise lines, but this was our first Royal C. cruise. I usually never post a review, however, with some negative comments that I read going into this trip, I felt compelled to offer my experience in a review.

We thought that the ship was very classy and well maintained. Our room (7610) was awesome and we had a perfect balcony location. Our cabin steward (Sean 007) was great, and the minute he met us, he always called us by name and was just super! We had no issues with our cabin, or water ect and the bed and room was very comfortable.

I have a food allergy, and the dining room staff couldn't have been more amazing. Our waiter was fully aware of my allergy, and the dining room manager personally came to my table every night to take my order for the next night. They even made me special meals to accommodate me if the menu options didn't suit my needs. There has only been one other cruise line that has ever taken this care to assist me. We also went to the dining room for breakfast every morning due to my allergy, and they suggested this was a better option for me. We had no complaints about dining. The staff and workers on this ship work so hard to accommodate everyone, and for them to take special care for me, was amazing and I was so thankful for that. The chef came to our table on one occasion and I was sure to thank him personally for this. The ship was great, the staff was amazing, and the overall experience will be fondly remembered. Thank you Royal Caribbean. This will not be our one and only with your cruise line. Well done!

We actually walked to the downtown and went to Pirates Cove beach / restaurant area. The beach is public, and you can rent 2 lawn chairs for $15 total. There is no shortage of things to do right from this beach. There are people there to book excursions if you wish. We chose this as a relaxing beach day and enjoyed this spot very much! They have free wifi here, but once the beach was full, the free wifi would no longer work. (not a fault of Pirates Cove by any means). This seemed to be the case on any island that offered free wifi. It can only handle so many users. Great location. Highly recommend this spot.
