We have cruised with P and O in the past and always enjoyed it. This is our second time on Britannia and we were a bit worried at all the poor reviews we read prior to getting on. Our first experience was great so we wondered what had changed. We are now wondering what people have got to moan about. The ship is beautiful, the staff great and the entertainment was better this time than last. The resident group Pulse were fantastic and we spent quite a few nights watching them. The only one negative that we have is the absence of a drinks package. P and O need to catch up with their competitors and offer a comprehensive package to guests. We are going to try Celebrity next year for a change and have bought a platinum drinks package when booking the cruise. We like a few drinks when on holiday and this can mount up to quite a bit by the end of the two weeks!!
