We wanted to get a taste of several islands without the hassle of flying between each. The cruise was an unpack once option that allowed us to spend time on 4 islands. We booked an ocean view cabin with a large window. We saved a considerable sum by not choosing a balcony room, after all the ship sailed at night for majority of cruise and was in port most days where only view was of containers, warehouses and fuel tanks.
We didn't pay for the expensive additonal dining package as the variety of included dining options was enough.
We were disgusted by the gluttony shown by many passengers at the Aloha cafe ( buffet with plastic plates) so only ate there twice.Mostly we ate at Skyline or Liberty restaurants.
Plenty of storage space. The queen bed was comfortable but access on each side was limited due to bunks on each side that were clipped up against wall,The cabin could be configured to 4 single beds,Shower cubicle was little on small size. There wasn't a bed head so we had to squash spare pillows down gap between the head of bed and window to stop our pillows falling off.We had an excellent cabin stewardess called Catherine who kept our amenities clean and well stocked.Unfortunately there was a sewage smell in the corridor most of the time which we reported to guest services
