We picked this cruise because it was leaving Miami Fl on the weekend of the International Boat Show, which we also wanted to attend. This was to be a celebration of our 20th Wedding Anniversary.

The embarkation process was smooth and on time.

First thing we find is that the water slide has been removed from the ship and the area is under construction. Our kids are terribly disappointed. This has a domino effect, leading to kids overtaking the hot tubs because the pools are too cold and parents that do not watch their kids, don't care they are swimming and splashing in the hot tubs.

Cabin Review

Premium Balcony

Cabin 9B

Balcony door would not latch. Had to be slammed to close and lock. Commode smelled like urine all the time.

Port Reviews

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

Poor selection of shops, food expensive, must rent umbrellas for shade, small kids area was out of service

St. Thomas

Driver was awful. Carbon monoxide gas into the seating area. Beach was ok. Not enough chairs, 3 ships in port that day.

San Juan

Free trolley was good, lots to see, food reasonable price, lots of shopping.

Grand Turk

Was really windy, it would have been excellent if it weren't for the really rough weather. Not cruise lines fault, but weather was so strong my kids could not get in the water and snorkel
