Getting on was very easy. Too many guests and not enough help. Ran out of food in Park Cafe also waited 10 minutes for a coffee cup. Pool was jammed and no chairs available. Went out at 7:15 in the morning and 90% of the chairs were held with towels. Complained to pool staff that no one had been in the chairs for over two hours and they just walked away. Upper deck has one way walk way you spend a lot of time trying to get from on end to the other. Food was not very good and was always cold. Room was nice and clean. Captain's announcements were very hard to understand and wouldn't want to be on the ship in an emergency. Staff complained about long hours and how hard it was to get supplies. Went to the slide in the back of the ship and they ran out of mats twice took over an hour to get to go down the slide for 30 seconds of a ride. Very pushing in the shops to get you to buy high end products. We spent a lot of money to be disappointed and couldn't wait to get off the ship. Number 13 for us and maybe the last for Royal Caribbean. Save your money and go on another ship!!!!!
