Embarkation was slow but Disembarkation was excelent
Excellent service in the dining restaurant with Mr Shalton & Bobie waiters,
Bad food quality in buffet aeria such time lot salty items & sauces
poor maintenance service ( loose aluminum ceiling plate my room)also water leakage problems bad smell & mold on carpet. Cracked chairs & loose painting in the dining room.
2 of our friends has big leaking problem in there room because of shower , bad small in the room they want the help desk the maintenance made carpet shampoo & used air dryers for few our but with out result for the first days . the help desk clam non any arty cabin available
but after three days of claims finally the find another cabine in the deck #8 could you imagine the 2 ladies sleeping with bad cabine.They offre theme 50.00$ each for compasation.
this situation is not acceptable for there first cruise with your company.
