We're cruised 5 times on Carnival and 10 times between NCL RCL & Princess we choosed carnival Vista because it's brand new ship so we had a high expectation but really disappointed the service in the dining room Horizon was Ok but the FOODs was terribly horrible we heard the chef director is from India I'm so sorry in my 15 times cruising this is the first time I had a bad experienced eating horrible foods thanks to Guy Burger's that's only place I can think you can get decent burgers . Entertainment was ok but not fun like it use to be what is Carnival well known about The Fun ! The Liquid lounge very small and crowded the shows was not that great it could get better the Atruim so so so disappointing they put this bar in the center of the ATRUIM and not quite big enough for an events or dancing . The buffet was horrible foods same same bad taste everyday nothing I care for the foods and so scary no passengers washing hands before they entered the buffet no staff at the door keeping eye if you wash your hands coz the carnival had very short staff now they work there crews like an animal the crews not even allowed to speak to passengers that's so Sad
