Love the 14 Night cruises in February - to get away from the cold Canadian winter for a few weeks! Embarkation was excellent at Miami, as well as the disembarkation - very well coordinated and pain free! Ships are always so clean and they make sure everyone uses Purell hand santizier before they enter any of the eating areas and when returning to the ship from shore excursions. Purell is also available throughout the ship. Cabin is always very clean when we check in and the attendants give the best service; cleaning rooms twice per day, turn down service - just amazing! Food was fantastic as always! The entertainment is always top notch with the best Entertainment Directors who make for a fun trip! Eddy on this particular cruise was so personable and truly genuine in his quest to ensure everyone was happy and having a great time.
