My wife and I booked our First Cruise on the Empress of the Seas. I'll cover my experiences broken into categories below:

State Room:

The cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the constant hum of the engine noise which when combined with the rocking of the ship lulled us to sleep. The bed was a bit hard but rather comfortable nonetheless. Our room attendant was very pleasant did an exceptional job and seemed to genuinely take pride in her work, very refreshing.

Cabin Review

Cabin Interrior stateroom

Cozy and clean with a few cosmetic deficiencies and under powered AC. Don't expect 3 star hotel quality here but you're not supposed to spend all of your time in the room.

Port Reviews

Miami

Dirty and expensive
