We have had 10 cruises before and never on HAL, so curious to try. we had our 32 year old daughter with us, and it was her first. The ship is beautiful, our balcony cabin was nice, appreciated the full size shower, had no issue with the toilet. All the staff we encountered were great, every crew member we passed in the hallway always had a greeting. The food was excellent and consistant, had wonderful meals every night. Really enjoyed the variety of entertainment, the Lincoln Centre classical musicians were great the Billboard piano guys had everyone going until the early morning hours, and some great music from the house of blues. Didn't have any comedians which was good, get tired of those guys on every other cruise ship. decks never seemed over crowded, could always get seats somewhere near the pool areas. Weather was sunny and hot every day. Would definitely return to HAL and recommend to anyone else.
