I've been on 3 different cruise ships, but a total of 4 cruises. Although I am a “newbie” cruiser, the Anthem of the Seas is my favorite ship. It is the largest ship I have been on and each corner available to cruisers is filled with amenities.

Since I turned 18 three days after the cruise, I only got to experience all activities available to minors (which was almost everything except drinking). The ship is so advanced and high-tech. They have wristbands that give you access to your room instead of having to slide your card the traditional way. Or you can just tap your card on the sensor and your door opens. Not to mention, each room has a doorbell. This is something I have never seen on any of the other cruises.

Apart from that, there were never ending activities to do while on board. My favorite area was called the SeaPlex and in there they have bumper cars by day and skating by night, ping-pong, table hockey, foosball, a hotdog stand, and it’s just a really cool area to go chill. Speaking of areas to chill, the main deck was it for me. I am all about relaxation and laying on the deck with the Caribbean breeze blowing and the sun kissing my skin was a great feeling. I also went on-board skydiving, attempted the FlowRider (surfing), and got on the North Star. Not to mention, all of those activities were complementary.
