We chose this cruise because Princess offered a land tour of Australia in combination with the sea portion of Australia and New Zealand.

As a platinum member of Princess's inner circle, I expected much more than we received.

The food was mediocre to poor in all locations except the specialty dining options. In the diningroom, the waiter would serve you a plate and warn you that it was very hot. Unfortunately, the food was always tepid.this happened on many occasions so it wasn't a fluke. The service in the diningroom was poor. Rarely did anyone refill your water or ask if your dinner was okay. The maitre'd never appeared during 11 days.

Everything in our cabin was fine. It was clean and comfortable with enough storage space for our clothing for a month vacation. As I stated above, our room steward was a delight. The bed was very comfortable.
