We have been on many NCL cruises and have alway found the employees helpful and courteous. On the NCL Dawn the guest service were down right rude. Basically knew very little and didn't seem to care when asked a question. We had keys to our cabin that didn't work and Guest Service even questioned if we knew how to use them and if we were at the right cabin. WHAT, Get real already.
We are platinum members with several platinum one is a bottle of Champaign in stateroom upon arrival. I asked a man behind an inside bar(without customers) if I could please have two Champaign glasses, even explained we didn't get glasses with our bottle of Champaign. He said get them from your cabin steward. Really, he is no where to be found!! He finally gave me glasses slamming them on the counter and walking away.
The Moderno restaurant is way below standard, filet mignon was tough & couldn't eat it.
The cabin was had extreme noise. The Ships engine was loud and actually vibrated the area by the head of the bed.
Excellent beach.
