We wanted a 10 day Panama Canal Cruise vs 14-15 days so chose this itinerary plus the price was right. Food and service was very good in the dining room. Selection in the buffet was fine, but I really never like the buffet all that much. Stateroom was nice, predictable, bathroom showed a little wear and tear. I think it is crazy that the casino is close to the International Cafe. We could not sit there because you could smell smoke from the casino. Entertainment was quite good. Definitely book a balcony for a canal cruise. Loved watching the transit from our cabin or from out on deck. I was surprised though that Princess did not bring an "expert" on board to talk about the canal. Our friends liked the cruise too. We always enjoy coffee and rolls in our cabin every morning. It was on time and well presented.
