My son likes RCI. I think the service has gone down. One of the comedians was our cruise director for the week??? Has anyone ever heard of that? The rock climbing was only opened from 10 to 1 and 5 to 7 on our last sea day. We were told they were short handed lots of people quit or were fired. My grandchildren should not have to suffer for that. The Italian restaurant was horrible and we were refunded our money for the dinner, The manager of the restaurant came down and spoke with my daughter and said they had so many complaints about the service and the food that week and we had 16 people at dinner that night. The beds were hard, They really don't have enough going on. I will say the Oasis was much better last year. Very disappointed with them. We did the Oasis last year and it was wonderful.
