We chose this cruise because of The Panama Canal complete journey.
I was apprehensive about the idea of 'free style cruising' however. Having been on a Celebrity cruise in November I also hoped it would compete well.
The embarkation was efficient in Miami.

Clean, comfortable. Toilet area too small!
Cleaning of the cabin was done far too late in the mornings. WE WERE ALWAYS THE LAST ONE SERVICED.

THe best. It included a walking tour of the old walled city with an excellent guide. good value
Huatulco
Lovely port to just walk around on your own.
Puerto Vallarta
Excellent port with taxis available at the dock into the town. Good shopping facing the ship too.
Mazatlan
Just as it says a trip around the city. Needed more time for shopping so if I returned I would just hire a taxi.
Puerto Quetzal (Antigua)
Took transport into the city which was excellent and informative on the journey.
