Traveled with children

Ovation of the Seas is being promoted as a family ship. Try getting to use the children's activities. We are still waiting. As a group of 12 we were unable to sit together for meals, we were told that we had to many people. The buffet was known on board as the "TROUGH" by passengers. Had to take food to our rooms to be able to sit.

Food was substandard for a 5 star ship. The lack of experience of staff was very noticeable.

Booked a seat for the shows 2 months in advance and was still not able to get a seat. It was a stampede to get in for each show. Prices are escalated on this RCI ship for drinks.
