First of all this was our second Valentines Day week cruise, and I have come to the conclusion that it is a bad week to go. The cruise was a good price and the 3rd passenger was free and 4th half fare or something such, so ship was fully booked. Embarkation smooth. My biggest issue, was we were offered an upgrade from inside to partially obstructed oceanview. We liked the room, but were surprised one day when we were taking a nap that there was someone working in the lifeboat right outside our window. We were not clothed and were not notified that anywone would be outside our window. We didn't know how he got there, must have repelled. They were outside our windows 3 days out of 7!
