The boat is very nice. Everything is nicely decorated, except - oddly enough - the cabin corridors. While we prefer Carnival overall, this is a nicer boat. The highlights include the shows and entertainment - definitely a step above Carnival - the activities, and the smooth sailing. As far as the shows go, do NOT miss the cirque show, the ice skating show, or Saturday Night Fever, all of which were spectacular. The larger boat definitely makes things smoother. On Liberty of the Seas, we often didn't feel like we were on a boat. On the negatives, even though the cabin is probably bigger than on Carnival, it felt more cramp, especially in the bathroom. The food was disappointing. Definitely a step below our previous cruises. There is a lot more 'up-selling' then we have experienced before as well. The service was good, but not great with a few exceptions.

Cramped. Seems designed more for the brochure than actually being used.
