Long story short, the service in general was subpar.
Arrival at the port was a mess. Traffic was so bad, and it was quite clear a simple fix was there. The people were friendly however. The skycap was great. The car was unloaded quickly and he didn't beat up our bags. Embarkation was painful, even though we had a priority line. The agent was so slow, our travel companions in the regular line finished about 15 minutes before we did, and they had to fill out some paperwork, and all of ours was completely done.
We had an owners suite on deck 11, on the hump. The room was clean and the furniture was free of stains and in good condition. We did have a fruit plate and high end water bottle waiting for us. The room had a TON of storage space. We didn't come close to using it all, and we had 4 people. Even though we asked a week ahead of time (email with concierge) our room was not open to the next one and the deck was locked too. No big deal, but that sums up the lackluster service we received much of the cruise. The restaurant service staff was terrific. The bar staff was the same. Our room steward was great too, but it seemed he didn't receive any of our requests and when we asked him directly it was like he had to get permission to do something to help us. We had many more missteps, but this sort of sums it up.
Great space and huge balcony. The coffee pot will not work as there is no plug where one us supposed to be. The steward and manager told us it has been reported many times. The room was simply built without one. There is a table and 4 chairs and 2 chaise loungers. The bedroom is sizable and has a good size vanity. The bathroom had a nice size shower and jacuzzi tub with 2 sinks and a bedat!
