On an average we have been going on two cruises with Thompson, but this was the first and last time on Majesty.
'Welfare cabin' so called was very small with nowhere to store wheelchair or cases.
In the wet room the tiles badly needed replacing, the shower head was no bigger than a rose on garden watering can, absolutely nowhere to put toiletries, and a plug that did not fit plug hole.
Buffet restaurant walkways unsuitable for wheelchair and no designated disabled tables thus it was difficult to find a place for our meal.
Theatre had two designated places but partially blocked view due to large pillars
This ship let down the name of Thompson
There were a number of disabled toilets around the ship which again were very tired.
The man on duty at the reception desk was rude and unhelpful.certainly not an asset
In my view this ship decidedly DISABLED UNFRIENDLY
As above unsuitable for disabled
