My wife and I were on a cruise two years ago to Bermuda on this ship and we had a good time and liked the ship and the crew. We went with the owners of our dance studio who went on there honeymoon with 24 other dancers. The largest dance floor on the ship is in the Manhattan dinning room which has a band for your entertainment. With that many dancers on the ship we danced most of the time on the Manhattan dance floor. Since our last cruise open seating was implemented and tables were added and take up most of the dance floor. I do feel that the dance floor in the Atrium should be enlarged and give the Manhattan the entire floor. We did not like the Jazz band and did like the band from two years ago. This is the only negatives that we had on the ship.
Now that I have my negative out of my system I would like to tell you about our vacation on the Breakaway. This trip was the best cruise of the 14 cruises that my wife have been on. We loved all the entertainment on the ship especially.( Charlie love in fat Cats -James in Shakers -Spoken Two in the Atrium - Burn the floor Dancers -Hypnosis comedy with Nadeen). ( Danny the cruise director is also a kick) We loved the food on the entire ship but mostly at ( Tappanyaki -La Cucina -Noodle Bar and the steak in Manhattan dining room. The waiters and staff could not do enough for us and were all very friendly and made us feel right at home. The NCL Breakaway is run very well and it shows . (Would recommend)
Walked around and did some shops.
We have been to St. Thomas before shopping and beaching ect. so we went on the sky ride to top of the mountain. . At the top of the mountain they had shops food and a great view. We spent most of the day there and found the Bushwhacker drink. Had a great time.
We went to Maho Beach and saw the plains landing and taking off. Was a lot of fun
Great Island. Hired a van for the day for six of us were shown the Island. We had such a nice driver he made our day. Great time.
Six of us took a van tour of the Island. with another great driver.
We toke a tour of the fort and walked around and some shops. We were NOT made welcome and this island and it only takes Euros which we spent a lot of time converting.
