Sail Date: Jan 2017

We did the same cruise on Splendour last year and wanted to get away for winter sun. Everything was very smooth. Boarding at 11.30am went well and our cabin was ready at 1pm and baggage arrived during the afternoon.

We travelled on a transatlantic on Vision in 2014 and liked the whole ethos of the ship. From the top down, Captain Marek to the room staff, dining room staff and bar staff, it was friendly and inclusive. It was the same on this trip. I can honestly say we didn't meet a member of staff who was not smiley and helpful.

We had an inside cabin on deck 3, above cabins on deck 2 and underneath the dining room. There was no issue with noise whatsoever, although I have head tell that deck 7 cabins are often noisy due to the Schooner Bar and the Some Enchanted Evening lounge being directly beneath.
