Michael's Club concierge goes above and beyond to meet the needs and wants of all suite guests, It is always a joy to go into Michael's Club after a busy day to enjoy a refreshment and tea time sandwiches in a very quiet environment with service that was always excellent, Both embarkation and disembarkation were smooth as silk. The onshore concierge and onboard concierge worked together seamlessly to meet our requests. The state room attendant made sure to keep the suite very neat and tidy. Our butler was outstanding in service and attentiveness. The onshore excursions we booked through the cruise were all very well organized and offered interesting and educational opportunities to learn about the cities we visited, All exterior areas were clean and brightly lit, There were always interesting options for entertainment.
