I have been on Norwegian cruise before. The ships are lovely and entertainment top notch.
I was travelling with a disabled person this trip. Norwegian does not have good accommodation plans or understanding of disabilities especially beyond mobility and even the mobility aspect was weak at best.
I phoned at least twice prior to sailing to ensure accommodation for efacia disability and some mobility issues could be accommodated. Brain injury from cancer complications.

Port Reviews
San Juan
Had nice time but was not able to bring travel companion as too much re: cobblestones etc. Good shopping in San Juan. I have spent a lot of time here so know exactly where to go.
Dominica
Been before a couple of times. This time was worse than others - nothing open and more hounded than I recall. Went back to boat.
Barbados
Excellent tour. Recommend. Also recommend swim with turtle as I have done a few times prior.
Martinique
Okay. Would not go out of way to return. Beaches not as nice. Culture not as nice as some of islands.

Took a cab to favourite beach and went up the tram (excellent view)
St. Maarten
Beach, eats etc. Know this island well so had great day.
New York (Manhattan)
Good time prior and smooth embarkation.
Bad taste leaving as disembarking was horrible .... You have to make your way across street with all your bags and no assistance to get a cab. It is like cruise is over.... boot....
