We chose this cruise because Norwegian let someone buy out our entire ship for a trip that same week on Norwegian Epic out of Orlando. We were not comped anything and actually ended up paying more in taxes because it is a booze cruise, but we don't drink any alcohol at all. We did get 3 nights of specialty dining as part of their Free at Sea promotion, but again we paid extra taxes for that as well.
The cabin was small. We only got 1 night of turndown service. The water was $10 per bottle and if you wanted room service you had to pay an extra $7.95 fee, unlike Royal Caribbean who doesn't charge a fee unless it is after 12 midnight to 5 AM which is is then only $3.95. I did not like the fabric shower curtain, water still got all over the floor of the bathroom. Plus fabric has the capacity to carry many more germs than a hard surface.
The ship itself was old, outdated, and small. I never thought to be waving "up" at Enchantment of the Seas by Royal Caribbean, which I will be taking in 67 days.
