This was my first Caribbean cruise in several years, so I chose a line that I thought would offer an above average cruise experience. That was not the case. Even though I had a fine trip, I found nothing to distinguish Celebrity from the other middle of the road cruise lines. I found the overall service level a bit above average. The staff were pleasant, but their command of english was inconsistent. I noticed a short staffing situation several times during the cruise, even in revenue generating areas. The ship was in good condition and well kept. The cabin had adequate space, with a nice shower setup. The WiFi was very good. The pool deck filled quickly and the 30 minute unoccupied chair window is not enforced by the pool staff. The food selection in the cafe was very good and offered enough variety to keep it interesting. Did I find anything that would compel me to return to this ship? Nope.
