We have been on Oasis and Allure previously so we had a little to compare Harmony to. First off, the staff was great. We had great service at the pool for drinks all day, our room attendant was amazing and besides one hiccup at dinner one night we had superb service every night. We did fill out a survey at dinner the night we had bad service and received a phone call the next day asking exactly what happened and when we arrived for dinner that night we had 5 people falling over themselves to get us anything to make us happy. They did this the last three nights of the cruise which made us feel a little bad but it shows how seriously they are taking customer service on this ship!

The entertainment was good. The comedian was hilarious and the headliner was very good. We went to Qwest and had a great time as usual. I was disappointed because they scheduled Love and Marriage at 7:45 on Formal night when everyone wants to do pictures and dinner. It was the first time on 5 RC cruises that I missed the Love and Marriage show and I was disappointed about that.

They added the Bionic bar on this ship and took out the Champagne bar. I thought in theory this sounded like a neat idea but it is only neat to see for one time and then we never went back. I would have liked to have seen the Champagne bar back.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

Our cabin was great! I love the new updated colors and styling of the rooms on Harmony. The only thing that I didn't like as much as other ships is the mirror in other staterooms has some hidden cabinets behind part of the mirror and the mirror in Harmony was a flat mirror. This obviously was not a big deal but I usually use the storage so I missed it. Otherwise it was great! They have several USB ports in the room.

Port Reviews

Falmouth

Went to Margaritaville and bought an all day pass for 55.00 pp that included all drinks and a sandwich. Great deal and lots of fun!

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Ft Lauderdale has a lot to do and see. Go to Hollywood beach and check out the Broadwalk and Margaritaville!!
