Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Our 1st trip with RCCL, as well as on the Indy. We were aware it was an older ship, and we had an idea of what was on board. We’ve cruised with NCL and Carnival in the past and was excited to give RCCL a try. Our ship experience was a mix of overcrowded and nothing to do.

We did a 5 day out of Fort Lauderdale to Jamaica and Haiti. It was at the end of college winter break. There also was an Elvis event on board with impersonators. Our room was clean, comfortable and we had a beautiful balcony area.

Room service was terrible, each morning we received wrong food, burnt food, or missing food from our order. The buffet was over running daily with children and young adults who pushed, shoved, and made many messes. We only ate there twice due to the poor experience we received. The MDR offer lunch, but if you want a salad, you’ll have to wait in a line to have it made for you.

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Beautiful, clean and very detailed.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

A bit busy and disorganized but the lines flowed quickly

Falmouth

Bothered to buy items within minutes from leaving the dock. Everything was close to each other and not much to do or explore besides the falls.
