We chose this cruise exclusively for the Epic. First and last time using Port Canaveral. There were long lines for arrival and lots of walking from one end of the building to the other just to manage the number of people. Departure was worse. We did walk off. Started at 8:30am. Finally through customs around 10:30am. Then we waited for the shuttle back to our car for over an hour while it was allowed to enter the area and swing around to discharge/pickup passengers.

Cabin has an unique layout. Definitely hated the open bathroom but the rest of the cabin was okay. The ship is showing signs of wear and tear. Stains on counters and couch in the cabin. Food was very good. Service staff were friendly but they were slow at most of the venues we dined in. The buffet was better than some of the specialty restaurants. Our order at La Cucina was screwed up. Heard the same from other passengers. Entertainment was great although Priscilla can be a shock if you don't know what it is about (we knew). Lots of deck sunning space but many areas kept the lounges stacked up or removed completely. I did the thermal package. Very noisy environment with the water jets running all the time. Seemed to be something broken every day like the steam room in the men's locker room.

IMO they were understaffed for the number of passengers.
