Chose cruise because it left from Melbourne and we thought it would be a change to cruise New Zealand in the middle of January, which is supposed to be the best time to visit.

Embarkation was smooth, on board within twenty minutes as Platinum members.

Cabin on deck 8 spacious and comfortable. Loved the walk in robes. Shocked to discover needed adaptor for shaver and chargers. Cabin steward provided but had to request.

Cabin Review

Oceanview (obstructed view)

Cabin OW

Very spacious and comfortable cabin. Having an obstructed view was not a problem.

Excellent hanging space and storage. TV not good. Bad reception and cant change with remote control unless standing under the TV.

Incredible beds, so comfortable and so were the pillows. Would have liked to sheets changed at least once during the cruise.

Shower cubicle was the smallest I have ever encountered on a ship and looking at the size of some passengers I wondered how they coped.

The cabin was always quiet. Close to elevators.

Had to request breakfast order forms.
