I chose this cruise on the recommendation of a friend, that I was travelling with who had used Royal Caribbean many times. One the website the ship looked good and had plenty of facilities.
The stateroom was dirty and shabby, the linen on the bed was yellow and tatty. The pillows were yellow from the use of many other passengers. The remote control for the tv didn't work. I had to phone 3 times and speak to staff another 3 times to get these issues somewhat corrected.
The in room tv is played via a CD so you continuously was the same programs for 10 days with the exception of one news channel. If you would like to watch a movie it is 11.99USD per movie.

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony
When I arrived the cabin hadnt been cleaned properly their was rotten food under the bed and the pillow were stained yellow from the use of many other passengers. The linen was old and tatty.
