We had been wanting to go on this cruise for quite some time and we booked it during the week of my birthday. The ship is a pretty ship and has a lot of nice features like lots of seating along the length of the ship by the windows, but falls short on seating in the theaters and in the center of the ship to watch performances there, even some of the bars. The rooms were smaller than all the other ships we have been on and not user friendly at all! The hairdryer is attached to the back of a drawer that blocks the front door and the cord is very short. The bathroom is very tiny and the toilet paper is hard to reach. The door in the closet opens the wrong way, blocking someone from exiting the bathroom.

Prices were higher and wait staff smaller. The shore cruises were overpriced and disappointing. On my birthday the waiter brought my special cake after we had already had dessert and then told me I couldn't remove it from the dining room! We have always taken it back to the room for later and I saw other people carrying the foil birds with their cake! Go figure. The food was much better than on some of the other ships however.

The bus trip to the airport was not good and when we finally got our suitcase, it was destroyed! It was on the bottom of a stack of 5 very large suitcases and he drug all of them by the handle of our suitcase from the back of the compartment! Ours was crushed, frayed, and had black goo all over it! Princess did pay for a new one promptly and the girl I worked with was very nice. It will be a taxi for us from now on!

Very poor design and very small! Not at all user friendly. As I said in my review, the placement is very poor. The door opens to the bed which I have not seen before, the hair dryer is at the back of a drawer that blocks the front door and has a short cord, the closet door opens backward blocking someone to go in or out of the bathroom, the bathroom is a joke and the toilet is at an angle with the toilet paper almost out of reach (I have long arms) and you have to use your left hand to get it. Instead of individual bars of soap, shampoo, lotion, it is in a big dispenser in the tiny shower and not the best quality. Definitely felt we paid more for a lot less!
