I have always wondered about the Canary Islands. Not having read any of the history before arrival, I was surprised to find the main ports visited very much like the cities on the mainland of Spain. It was worthwhile doing this trip as the topography of the three major islands is so different from each other.

I just wish Norwegian would include a talk about each of the port destinations even if very brief. The reading of materials from a bulletin board is not appealing. The cruise director could include this in their job description instead of hosting craft events like folding napkins.!
