This was my first time on a Carnival cruise and I had a wonderful time! Most importantly, my best friend, who was celebrating her birthday and her 1st cruise had a blast! I was very pleased with everything from accomodations to food and entertainment. Loved all our ports, Cozumel, Roatan, and Belize. We were even stuck on the ship an extra day due to heavy fog in the Galveston port on debarkation day. The Carnival staff was very professional and accommodating, as this was a surprise for everyone. Malcolm is am AWESOME cruise director. The staff went over and beyond to make sure guests stayed comfortable. I'd recommend for 1st time cruisers, families, couples, everybody! The food was great! Loved the Guy Fieri's Burger joint!!! OMG, be careful, you will get hooked. The Blue Iguana Cantina was our first meal and we knew from then we'd have a great trip. Lido Deck Buffet and Dining room was always great! We tried the steakhouse on her birthday and it was amazing, especially with the extra birthday love from the chef and wait staff!

Cabin 8E

Very clean and spacious! Enjoyed the balcony view, sofa bed, storage, and bathroom size.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

We just walked around. Ended up at a Fish Spa across the street from the port. That was a fun and cool girly experience. We also at at Maragaritaville and just enjoyed the sun and beautiful water.
