Took the Nurenburg to Budapest tour with the prague extension. Great wait staff, great food, but many internal problems. Checked out of Prague Hilton at the mandatory 10am checkout to board a bus at 1pm. They refused to offer a checkout extension, and 70 people spent 3 hours wandering the lobby and outside, because of their poor scheduling.

A third of their on board tv channels don't work. All we could watch was bbc news and cnn. The internet service is worse than cheap dialup, if it works at all. We did the majority of our water traveling at night, so forget about casually sitting on your deck watching the scenery. Some of the optional tours are run at the same times as the regularly scheduled tours, so you can't do both and have to choose between one and the other.

They cancel some optional tours if not enough people enroll, so a tour you have been looking forward to go on, you may never see, because of their cheapness in honoring optional tours unless they have a minimum number of 15 takers.

Port Reviews

Nuremberg

The tour was very rushed and there was very little detail presented during the presentations

Regensburg

The one free tour was as good as could be expected.

Budapest

mediocre at best. People were actually forced to take the horse drawn carriage ride. Shameful!
