Sail Date: Dec 2016

We were on the same ship last summer and again last December. NO unsweetened iced tea for the first few days! Though for a diabetic as they only had pre-sweetened with sugar and lemon. Too many excuses when asked why.Lobster tails not were not served except for paying a hearty supplement. Shrimp size cut in half and the amount served also in half. Spoke to the dining head and she said write the company as they had educed the food budget and thus quality. It is not all about food but it is a primary benefit of cruising.

Pasta a separate course on the summer menu was removed a a separate course on the winter cruise AND THIS IS AN ITALIAN CRUISE LINE!!

Also there is ZERO enforcement of the 30 minute rule of leaving towels on recliners on the decks. Also Zero enforcement of "formal" nights with passengers in polo shirts no coats and ties. They did enforce long pants but not on the first cruise.
